As @Will Gates said, tiny homes operate in a legal gray area in the sense that zoning regulations are not typically written with tiny homes in mind.  

@Nick B. no gray area here, it is for "adverse financial consequences" which means you suffered financial loss and need the money to pay your bills or put food on the table.

We tried other flooring options but this one has been the best combination of availability, ease of install and cost.As @Stephen Gray has mentioned, I would be cautious of budget flooring options as your goal is to not have to redo the flooring anytime soon. 

But to me its just a matter of time in our area were politics and votes are controlled by the population centers and those folks are very liberal thinking  anti business etc.That's why we buy out in good ol' Grays Harbor, LOL! 

Some say it is a lien to be paid by the bank, and others say it's a gray area and they can fight back and say no you bought the property as is. 

It would be okay if there is hints of grey too, but certainly don’t want something overly gray.
