I was just down in Monterey a few weeks ago for a wedding in Carmel.

I am giving one of my duplex's away for this very reason.. it can only be handled by locals. and the cash flow is so small as to not worth my time in the least what are you going to do with a few hundred bucks a year. if you travelled to the property your cash flow just got eaten up... spend the money on a great vacation.you can get some killer curises in the med or the Austrlia up to the Bora bora type for that 15 to 20k that will be more fun and better memories..
