this just moved past bad investment to CRIMINAL  I would be filing complaints with the DA  DOJ and SEC and the OHIO department of corporate securities.. this is straight out fraud.. there was another guy in Utah that did the same thing on properties in KC..

And Montana Idaho Colorado Utah NM are great mountains as well but not quite as diverse as the West coast..
