However, we do not allow tenants to prune our trees and bushes, as these are foundation plants that require a higher level of expertise than most tenants have.For our multiplexes we assume responsibility for the yard care/snow removal and factor it into the rent.

The amount of time she works makes me angry, but I bite my tongue because she enjoys what she enjoys cleaning the apartment common areas and like most Filipinos she has a massive amount of flowers, plants and native plants from the Philippines at every property we own.

As a matter of fact, I was just told that some of these hotel conferences plant their own people in the audience as part of the “chosen ones” and when you see them getting up to go sign up in the back, it gives you a sense of urgency that it must be right if others are doing it.

My first thought was a small planter box with make some fake plants so it’s hand off but would still serve as a barrier.

Some furniture and pics on the walls and maybe some green plants would make a world of difference.
