Has anyone in Indy rented to traveling nurses?

I am trying to decide on financing to build an ADU (maybe 300-500 square feet) to rent out to travel nurses outside of Atlanta in Decatur, GA.

I know a lot of people focus on Nurses, but those properties need to be near hospitals etc...My daughters landlord does mid term rentals for dental hygienists.  

I have a guy on my team that is successfully renting by the room to young professionals, travel nurses, and college students, but that is downtown Indy. 

I would not recommend doing this with travel nurses as they are already background checked.

We got a lot of traffic on the property in general, lots of doctors, nurses etc. at Hopkins who want the location but with the safety of controlled access. 

Depends what you are looking for really, can’t say I know much about Vermont, but you can invest in areas for long term rentals in areas like Keene or Dover NH, or you can buy multi families by the seacoast that you Airbnb during the summer and rent to travel nurses in the winter months. 

A significant number of those are scams but the problem is it's very difficult to prove it's a scam.Therapy dogs - those are dogs trained to comfort elderly or terminally ill people at hospices, hospital, nursing homes, those are not specifically linked to an owner and are not protected by reasonable accommodation.Working dogs - those are police K9, trained to sniff bombs, track and retrieve, guard etc...and also are not protected by reasonable accommodation.Technically, IMO, you can't say they lied by not disclosing their pet or dog because they can say they don't think of it as a pet or regular dog, it's an ESA. 

A fourth driver for traffic in Lubbock comes from the numerous out-of-market contractors, wind energy companies, and travel nurses that stay in this area.

Furnished 3 month or month to month rentals are popular with traveling nurses.
