and zero on maintenance  and if you put on the regen braking to full. you get the feel for when you take your foot off the gas.. so you almost never use your brakes unless someone stops quick in front of you.. 

However, I can’t tell you how many times I have afterwards been grateful for the brakes she applied.

They built a few in Sherman Oaks and then the residents freaked out and put the brakes on what was originally a good plan.

I also did a cashout refi of one of my buildings and bought two additional apartments and a bach pad for myself just out of that. 

Just get a yellow legal pad and some red pens.

Hi All,I'm currently evaluating a park with 65 pads with no vacancies, at a lot rent of $450 for a Gross Income of $351,000.

That same house would sell today for over $600K.I thought I'd buy in Houston, but the constant flooding and ground shifting always braked that idea.

However, I feel the age needs to be considered because as they age out it's going to fall on the park owner to likely replace the home and upgrade the electrical/pads for a new home.  

We are fully cooperating with the authorities and hope you do the same”Or even shorten it up and remove “…on the charges of alleged murder…”We are a 58 pad community.
