Also if you intend this to be a rental, be aware that condo associations often have limits on how many units can be occupied by tenants, so check with the condo management first as to how many rental slots are left if you intend it for a rental.

I can't say from experience about who's good or who is not but the 2 that are at the top of my list right now because of my research are Steel Valley Homes & Geisler Realty. . . so maybe do some due diligence on those 2 and see what you think.
