Some of her requests so far has been:a) Remove closet door and few weeks later add them backb) Request to change direction of door (make it open another way)c) Request to change racks in closets (instead of clothes hanger, have racks).d) There are flees and mosquito (we increased lawn mowing frequency to 2/month; spoke to neighbors to manage their pets and some more measures)and many more.

Yes you can keep your number...number portability is a federal law.I have an iphone and love it...as do most owners...takes a few months to really get things down but...I will probably never change now

@Matthew John good plan, one of our rooms has no closet, we were going to put in an armoire and call it good, but contractor buddy said he had to put in a real closet on a job to make legit bedroom. 

However, showing a multigenerational family a home with one or two closets is not a good use of your time.

Offer a little bit of extras - like bottled water and single-serve portable snacks such as granola bars, and watch your rental fill up.Or, if it doesn't work out, you can always rent it out as a long term deal.

In truth, I love working hard so I hope to be the closet millionaire that mows grass, fixes plumbing and paints walls...but only when I want to!

Great very rural place.. built in 85.. over all good condition, HVAC looks good only one broken window pane.. roof needs work.. needs gutters and new floors and new kitchen counters.. and a couple of closet doors.. oh and popcorn removed and painted.. had been occupied by heavy smokers.

Cash flow is a bit lower than the “live in the supply closet and rent out everything” approach lol, but still good, especially if you’re willing to do some rehab.

With that profile in mind I renovate to meet their needs with tons of closet space and shelving and also some extra storage for all those kid related toys and seasonal items we all have.
