The owners before us were big gardeners, and there are a ton of bulbs that come up at certain times of the year, and a huge raspberry patch,  I'm thinking about adding a clause that new plantings should be restricted to the large raised beds I currently use for vegetable gardening, as to not disturb the current plants.  

Always double check the property taxes, some of the suburbs especially in cook county are ridiculously high. 

So you have to make a choice, are you willing to slow cook or do you want to use a microwave.

Hi , All just wanted to get a feedback from the local experts for the area if Damascus is a good rental prospect and if it is gaining value or any new business / city planning coming to the area to give some level of appreciation in the future.Also How does a Propane  fueled for heat/ cooking/ water heater fare comparing to cost fo gas and heat. 

Also names of closing attorneys in the cook county and Champaign county in Illinois that do assignments and double escrows.

The plumber has told me it was cooking grease in the lines, he spins the snake quickly when he feels the grease then runs hot water down the drain, that seems to open it up for a few months.  

That's akin to criticizing your mother-in-law's cooking at Thanksgiving.Put the discussion in perspective so the audience understands what you are attempting to define.

A perfect case in point is the new Cook County beverage tax, or the silly minimum wage law going into effect shortly.

But Cook county may be one of the top 5 worst counties in the country for landlord laws.
