That's where BP comes in and the platform is quite valuable since it drives so much traffic.

It's amazing as much as this platform is so valuable, it's enormously economical to join it, for example, for as little as $9 a month, you could avail so many things at this place including networking, investment calumniators, free spreadsheets, etc.

Beyond these ethical considerations, in virtually every jurisdiction an auctioneer (or auction platform) is prohibited by law from knowingly receiving a bid on the seller's behalf or permitting the seller to make or procure such a bid unless notice has been given that liberty for such bidding has been reserved.

The platform is on the hook for the deal if its not fully subscribed by the crowd.  

The bulk of the value of a platform is in the relationship between the platform and the investors that fund their deals.  

Thanks, Ronald, Yes there are platforms available that allow you to invest in various kinds of alternative investments (and even REIT), but there is just one side of the multisided platform I wish to create. 

I favor AirBNB to some extent but not a lot of complaints on either platform.  I
