There are a few things on our tasks list that we want to have checked out before we rent it out and need some referrals on dependable masons  such as an electrician, plumber, heating and cooling, and fix a retaining wall and reinforce a metal fence.  

House has basically new metal roof.

While this seems like a huge advantage, typical residential construction consists of tile roofs, stucco siding, concrete block fences, metal doors and windows, slab foundations and desert landscaping (rock), which do not require much maintenance.

No way the rehab is just 10K.Well my little silly bunz, I am hoping I can expose the brick and leave electrical in metal conduit, making this the very sought after "industrial  look".. much like .. so:I just not sure if the inspector will let me get away with this.

If you look closely at hospital rooms you will see wide doors, metal door frames, chair rail all around the room, hard surface floors, and rubber cove base for baseboard, .

If the tenant has a significant weakness in financial/credit history, but met all of our other requirements, we would offer to rent but would require a higher security deposit.

I would call the LA Treasurer and Tax collector.

Egress windows are expensive and if below grade you need window wells, there are precast concrete versions as well as large metal versions maybe even vinyl or PVC versions. 

I am unaware of any means to sub-meter S/T in the Treasure Valley.

April 3rd 2017 I went to the County of Los Angeles Treasurer and Tax Collector’s and paid for a Tax Clearance Certificate and paid all of the fines and penalties.
