I would be a little cautious about mold because there are toxic strains.

However, their manufacturing process (and other PVC materials like siding/soffit) produces toxic gases and the disposal of them in landfills is a major issue.

I was irritated and let the mortgage guy know and that’s when he let slip that they do see the amount of the requested loan amount and could figure out from that what the appraisal needed to be.

All the talk of 'toxic mortgages' , the media was literally saying real estate might never come back or it could take a very very long time. 

They put toxic waste in the dumpster against your agreement with the landfill/dumpster company.

Short sell the current house, get that toxic mortgage out of your life.

You have very right to be irritated, they sound like a PITA....

That is common and it does irritate folks all the time but that is the legality of it.
