Sometimes companies keep the main site consumer oriented and at the bottom real small is a corporate link to go to their headquarter website.

Given the cost of LLCs in certain states and the maintenance/headache required to keep your books in order, there should be a good reason for you to pursue a separate LLC for each property.

keep going after it. run lots of numbers and do a lot of underwriting. feel free to reach out at any time if you need help in your market. these properties that are 3 units are rented and then a cash out refinance that not only makes money but returns full capital to the investor on DSCR loans similar to the interest rate you mentioned above. 

I understand needing to keep bad actors off the platform, but would have assumed new ownership/management would have allowed it to be reactivated.

Could be a lot of reasons-they want to see what you are doing, want to make sure you don't touch anything of theirs, etc.
