You ask them to add cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomato.

But that doesn't mean they've stumbled onto the "special sauce" (cmon give me some credit here). 

I buy what the 90 percenters would overlook and I then add my secret sauce during rehab and end up with a great property that I would be proud to live in.

Just bought a new welder the other day and will start welding up new tomato cages this winter.

Commercially grown supermarket tomatoes are 5 dollars a pound here, and the local stands aren't much better.

@Chris MasonDon't be so hard on the humble old napkin....if napkins could talk, they would probably tell stories of multi million dollar deals that were put together on them.Besides, there is no app that you can calculate deals on that can also multi-task to wipe the barbecue sauce off of your mouth :)

Look, it's not fair to look at whole dollar into REI vs whole dollar into the S&P, because that is cutting out a MAJOR "secret sauce" to REI which is LEVERAGE.
