@Kevin Lisewski this might actually be the singular moment time that you could actually get this relief.

The disaster relief fund which is out there and available to apply for now.

This morning I set down and made a list of all of my mortgage payments and what I can reduce rents to for every property, so, that I can still pay my mortgages and give relief to my tenants. 

In this case, I would think this present situation would exponentially impact small government agencies such as housing authorities not to mention the true fall out of this once tenants stop paying rent and emergency rent relief policies take hold etc...I think they will be inundated for several months from when the virus outbreak is actually contained and starts to contract.2)  I am hoping that the Federal Government will emergency fund the Section 8 program in order to pay for the tenant portion of the rent. 

@Chris Lopez - Thanks for starting this thread.I had this post elsewhere, but think it's useful to add here for where to look for mortgage relief, tenant laws, tax changes, the federal bills being passed for relief and then localized stuff (how we look 5 days out, and also how Redfin is thinking about this and how Seattle may be a good place to look.

Please note that a successful request for relief would result in payment terms for up to one-months’ rent, and that all rent is still owed per the terms of your lease and will not be forgiven.

But I think at this point, the SBA disaster loans look promising if you reach out to your lender for relief and other financing is not available.

With governments making it illegal to evict for non-payment of rent, but banks not providing mortgage relief, landlords will be left subsidizing housing for their tenants. 

I am not looking to give tenants permission to ask for relief before they even think of it themselves.
