Not sure if this has been discussed but I thought I would put my tips on using google maps.everyone knows about street view. if you are viewing from satellite view you could also use the "tilt the view" to get a much better look at the streets and surrounding area(this could be browser specific so make sure you have the latest browser of your choice).But the best part about google maps is you could also create your own custom maps and mark on the map your farm area or streets to stay away from.the link below will guide you in creating your own maps and its free to do so.https://support.google.com/maps/answer/62843?

Enough already, you are just tilting at windmills.....I doubt this word change you're proposing is necessary or will do any good at all.

Rentometer has the area listed at around $835 as the average with numbers tilting higher by a hundred dollars.

The workload is  full-tilt, 150% during renovations vs 4 hours a week -lawn moving and book keeping when full.  

They have done extremely well with HI real estate they own a few shopping malls and a lot of industrial tilt ups.Also US pacific builders was a JV partner of mine back in the day we did a 200 acre development together in PDX..

Several times I would see the windows open on a 90+ degree day - with the A/C running full tilt.  

We don't want a market too tilted to one side anyway, we need a market that still finds the competitive advantage for each individual participant.The specifics of the analysis differ, but you should run it in your own case.
