How many property have you managed without PM?

Hi Wondering, what is the maximum number of the doors you have managed yourself without hiring a property manager?

I managed 75 properties for three years and became bored in the third year after all renovations and no pays were resolved. I worked for one owner and had two maintenance men at about 30 hours per week. There were about 20 apartments in 2 multi-family units, about 10 duplexes 6 offices spaces and about 20 single family homes. With systems and organization, you could easily manage 100. I rarely had more than 1-2 vacant at the same time. Good luck to you.
