The bigger the tattoo, the better is the realtor in his work...makes sense to me :) It remembers me of the old Venus von Willendorf sculpture, were a thicker woman represented wellness and richness :D

The only downside is that for the thicker vinyl plank (I don't use the really thin 2mm stuff) the prices are increasing because of it's popularity.I still generally use dark rental grade carpet in my bedrooms.

Get a thicker skin and get rid of your entitlement mentality - accusing the seller of blackmail and being unethical when you defaulted on the contract won't sit well w/ other investors.
