I guess to get down to the soups and nuts of the post, the question is this: How do Investors handle the replacement of large appliances, and any other technician fees from a handy man being sent out by either myself or a property manager?

I'm moving out of state so want someone who can handle soup to nuts oversite of the property.

Until pornhub opens brick and mortar stores my system may need to be adjusted to include soup kitchens.

these are public records - our records - and are available to us for free, or a nominal production fee.GIS records are usually free as well, eliminating the need for geocoding and including not only parcel boundaries, but a long list of parcel and building attributes, such as grade and condition, sq footage, yr of const, etc. very sweet, and open source GIS software aptly handles the task. re scrapes - you can easily scrape any site that is humanly accessible, even if robots.txt and other means try to keep you out - look at scrapy, beautiful soup etc along with some vpn proxy farms. or you can hire this out. and why scrape when the county will email you an 80mb csv?

Unfortunately thats going to be yet another contributor to how ridiculous the deficit is going to grow over the next few years.Its funny how these same politicians were so up in arms but a few years ago about how critical it was to get the deficit under control.

Of course there are not many of these transactions and its soup de jour these days so i get that. 

Different councilmen's districts may be interested in different purposes for city owned land from doctors offices to soup kitchens depending on what the community needs.
