When another townhouse went into foreclosure last January, I lobbied the Board to purchase it and allow me to lead renovation and flipping it.

We have an opportunity to support lobbying efforts to enact changes that will be good for the community and to block proposed changes that could be detrimental.

I put one at my dad's office in the lobby, and another at a camp ground. 

We have two competing movie theaters being built... and the only plans to go alongside them are fast food?

Score one for the brokers lobbying to protect their jobs while adding zero value to society. 

But it seems to be a result of heavy lobbying by the Wis.

Same with movie theater tickets.

Selling turnkey STR will grow right along with the STR industry, which is starting to come together a bit, as an 'industry', successfully lobbying/educating some municipalities into allowing STR!  

Price hill is also gaining a bit of traction with the Incline Public House and The new theater going in etc.  

Mid level finish with common lobby/lounge and bathrooms getting the most $ spent on finishes.
