I have a STR in Washington state with an inground pool at it is 100% worth the cost and upkeep to have a swimming pool.

There is good google suite integration as well as mass email blast potential and social media scheduling.

I was unaware of bigger pockets at the time.. but it suited my purpose by giving me a foundation.

It will depend on the state but typically in order for a lien to be valid they will need to show a contract with the owner as well as properly name the owner in the suit.

If they don't name all individuals in the beginning of the lawsuit and sufficient time passes, they cannot later add defendants to the suit. 

I think there's a lot of pressure on people these days to 'fit the norm' in so much as 'Well, this is the way they say it's meant to happen so I guess we have to do this...' even in situations where it doesn't necessarily suit. 

If you are teaching people to swim, yes, you might LOVE the kids who get it right away and make you feel like a great teacher, BUT, if you are teaching students to swim, you don't ignore your drowning students!

I think it's healthy to keep our eyes open for products that suit us best, especially as our businesses grow and change over time, so should our systems.
