You can use that as the premise to either forbid the gathering, or to obtain more information on who they intend to have over and for how long.But yeah, I consider that very suspicious, especially the bread/Keto thing like @Paul Sandhu mentioned and "We have a son and daughter in law who lives near Cincinnati who just lost their baby a few months ago" - who casually mentions they lost a grandchild to a total stranger???  

When setting up your LLC it shouldn't matter whether your business partner is a friend, spouse, or stranger, it's not a personal decision, it's a business decision.

An internet stranger brought up the very good point that there's literally no reason NOT to have as much HELOC open as possible since the payment on $0 drawn is $0, and there's a lot of family emergencies that can be solved by clicking my mouse 10 times and dumping $50k into my checking account. 

I just can't get comfortable with the idea of letting complete strangers in without any supervision. 

Don't expect that just because you have been a good tenant for a number of years, he will sell you the property at a discount; why would he, if he can get more from a stranger?
