What are the value add drivers and the anticipated returns of each?

I have tenants that are landscapers (total of about 10 of my tenants), handymen, truck drivers, tow truck driver, install flooring (2), etc. 

@Ken Cooper Sounds like someone young or someone that has always paid cash for everything.I personally feel like no credit is better than bad credit.Check his drivers license and make sure he is who he says he is.

Think about what your goals are first, and then know where you want get your property in after that it is knowing that market, getting in touch with key drivers within that market, maybe if it is close to where you are getting involved with he real estate investment group or association.

@Sam CravenAirBNB does not do a good job of the age check so unless you are getting a driver's license you are praying they did their due diligence.

For example, we have a tenant where one gets a small disability check and the other is a short haul truck driver. 

It's hard to know if the article got the projection right quantitatively, but Indy has not been a growth market and so directionally that part looks correct.Macro-level, the drivers to to growth markets are population shifts that are ocurring and a lot of people in northern states/cities have relocated to TX, FL, GA, NC, etc.
