What we ask is pretty simple:Respect one another . . . respect our rules . . . don't SPAM or self-promote outside the appropriate areas of the site.The vast majority of our users never have a problem.

Hand written letters addressed to the owner of the residence would be the best, otherwise they might think it's spam and rip the letter up.Also, peruse the podcasts under the [Learn] tab.

My standard response to colleague requests without a message attached is exactly the same (I thank my new colleague and then ask how they propose we begin "colleaguing" ;)), however it did bring up the anti spam message.

Our system will flag those as spam since they don't have any personal touch.
