Ok, maybe that's the only sport I will spend on, but these days I'm only buying surf wax now that I have all the equipment I need-- and that is something that fulfills my soul, and Scott Trench did say that you shouldn't have to skimp on the things that bring meaning to your life. 

Don't skimp. 

I have 3 places in Florida.Here is what I pay (actually, the guests pay):4 Bedroom: $100.005 Bedroom: $115.006 Bedroom: $150.00 (it is a lot more square footage and two stories)This includes everything and the houses are very clean every time.I would not skimp on cleaning.

Problem is, it returns to the low end as soon as the paint goes bad, meanwhile the major components that were never addressed are a few years older, and that lower-income buyer is stuck with a bad value, when they are the segment of the population that can afford a bad deal the least.So, what I have been working on is targeting the $75k ARV price-point, except fixing the major stuff and skimping on the cosmetic stuff.

Account Closed, I think for me the best advice I could give is don't skimp on the inspections.

Don't skimp on the painters.Cleaning the ducts has limited results.

Don't skimp on the bed/bedding.

You will not learn it all in a week, a month, or a year... they key is to make educating yourself a habit that you do not skimp out on. 

You can pass this cost on to the client through the cleaning fee, and I wouldn´t skimp on cleaning in this specific situation.
