Hello, My name is Devin and I'm a college student at Marshall University. Over the last few months I stumbled upon a post on instagram talking about investing and financial literacy. This led to an interest to learn more and helped me in finding out about and reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. I am very interested in Real Estate Investing and want to make a full time thing for me in the future. I just wanted to throw a question out there. To all of the experienced investors, if you could go back to the beginning what advice would you give to your younger investor self?
