A “non-essential class” emerged, buoyed by an “essential class” who rang doorbells with deliveries, stocked shelves with food, carried our mail, and attended to the sick and dying.

Real estate can provide much better returns than your 401k if done well and many corporate 401ks are laden with poor fund choices and expense ratios.

We usually like to add other features that make the house stand out, such as tile backsplash or open shelving.

In my market these are all the rage with inexperienced investors and cash laden retirees and semi-retirees.

With that said, homes are also flying off the shelves. 

Stuff is flying off the shelves but deals are still available if you look in the right place and can be creative in your approach.

This unit was originally the 2 bedrooms and a bath of the single house, the smaller bedroom is 14 x 14,  and the 14 x 16 bed room is now the living room, but because it was a bedroom it has a closet, which is where I’m going to put the Murphy bed along with some built in shelving, which means it will not reduce the room size at all.

They will not care if you have a mess of a balance sheet and are laden in debt, actually they’d prefer if you did.

Contractor proposed building a sliding barn door style closet in the middle with bookshelf/shelving on each side.

Some people are buying more than ever...things such as SFs and smaller multis are flying off the shelves in lots of markets, and commercial MF is trading as low as 4%...some people are always waiting and some people are always buying.
