When it comes to building teams or hiring support staff, larger companies are more likely to have experience in this department, and many times can help provide a road map and some guidance for expanding productively and without derailing your business in the process.

I don't need a road map, I know time and money. 

We need housing, and eventually, I would be giving all sorts of people the roadmap to build a 6 plex, 12 plex, 24 plex 36 plex and all the secrets we currently use.

We followed a one page business plan in Gino Wickmans book traction that I had also used at a W2 job - whereby if you track your goals and objectives and use it as your roadmap, you stay on course.

I would lay out a road map and see if there are other air bnb in that area being managed to compare data.
