I'm not sure which places are best to focus on with rules and regulations getting strict in some places. 

In practice, this could mean 5 extra days that no rent is collected.  

Hey @Caprice Watkins, so Sheboygan does have some STR regulations. 

Research local regulations thoroughly, as towns often require permits, owner occupancy, or restrict rental days.

When I used to have RE Broker in my title ( I still have the license just dont practice) I would get folks pinging me about Vegas about once a quarter or so and I would hand those leads to my Daughter  she made some pretty awesome connections from a few of those folks that bought multi million dollar homes..

I've been pretty vocal on this platform against bad syndication practices out there.

Likely they will only allow you to live in the property once you refinance out of the debt due to rules and regulations, but you can always ask! 

I just worry sometimes when I see too much gung ho... and maybe not enough practicality, so I try to step up and offer a little advice from my 7 years in the business.
