I’ve herd rumors of $1,000+ per room

Or herding cats (managing the contractors and small jobs associated with the projects we do). 

Of course your feedback is 100%  and in my mind I could not think of something harder to do in the real estate game.. has the absolute most risk etc.but for the buyer.. lets say he wants to change jobs  because that is what he is going to have to do .. to herd these 100 plus props spread through town.. it will be full time to make this work if it can work..

Does anyone have someone they'd recommend to install a radiant floor heating system? 

There's already too many people out here looking for properties - I welcome the chance, legitimate or not, for someone to cull this herd!

Way to thin the Mom & Pop landlord herd.

These rentals are only in my name and my wife has plenty of room in her D to I ratio to qualify.

I have herd good things about the SOMDREIG.  

Many here are okay with illegal units because "everyone is doing it around me" and that going along with the herd mentality will get you in trouble long term in my opinion.  

When sentiment changed, no doors were big enough to allow the herd of sellers to stampede through the exit without a significant portion of them being trampled.
