BUT………when asked a DIRECT question, it behooves the person attempting to build trust to provide a truthful direct answer, not insult the person asking the question and not by saying I don’t have to answer that, and not by stating the same unclear statement that was the Catalyst for the question.

Who is providing 85% LTV financing on that?

The listing agent is not providing any services, just the MLS listing.

OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

That doesn't seem right about having to chase your money - but would need a lot more info to provide a better opinion. also are you investing in one property and is your name secured or you giving an unsecured loan?
