This would be a very expensive proposition and would probably cost about as much as a full system replacement with the installation of new modern hot water baseboard.If the system is already a hot water system then things are a little easier, especially in the kitchen.

It is not as simple or easy as it sounds and you could lose your retirement savings (your IRA) if your business fails.I personally think that it is a very "risky" (for lack of a better term) proposition to use IRA funds to start a business, but many have done it successfully.Thanks for the comment J and your insight into that IRA option.
