My thought is Guam is a long way away whenever you need to handle things.....repairs, evictions, make ready, etc.You probably have a lot of friends and contacts now, but will they still be there in 5 years.What's a RT plane ticket from SA to Guam cost when you need to go back and check on issues that come up?

I am planing on reaching out to a local lender today to see what options I have. 

Usually you should come in with a game plane as far as biding prices and check in contract.

I bought a plane ticket and a few pairs of clothes and my hopes and dreams.

I hope I'm never on that dudes plane.

Either fire your PM and get another one or better yet, hop on a plane/in a car, look at the place for yourself, spend the weekend painting it and list it.

I realized a 4plex could be a bigger bite then i can chew but if not i planed for a single family and plan to save for that
