Big bank's underwriting requirements are all the same as far as the borrower's credit &, character and the collateral pledged.  

It's FAR easier to judge someone's character by phone than by online presence on your Airbnb profile. 

It is more about character and self determination than inner "stories" that would almost never materialize...

We like houses with structural issues and old homes with lots of character pique our interest as well.

@Josh Braun  thanks for having the forethought courtesy and character to protect the seller in this transaction... these are just SO risky to sellers...
