You want them sending you listings with paint falling off the exterior, horrible yards, dirty carpet, and old kitchens.You should be looking for listings with yellow, pink, or green tile bathrooms.  

Granted, I did live in the pink pepto-bismol mansion on W Onodoga which was cool but it was not a great neighborhood at the time. 

Make is an unusually bright color: chartreuse or hot pink.  

The tax cuts were just a little cocaine to keep things crazy!

He basically took a bucket of pink paint and threw the paint against the house and the raw wooden gate that we had built a few months ago.I called the police on him for vandalism, thinking I could put him in jail - oil paint on the house and new wood is not easy remedied - but they told me that it's a civil issue, since he's renting the house and has access through the gate (as the rest of the community), so they can't do anything. 

As a side note, 8 years later I purchased the ugly pink house next door and now have that cash flowing as well!
