Chris Mason  manufactures of Of these units by ALL means made multi family duplex units I have bought and installed many .. in Oakland no less.as long as they are affixed to a Permanent   foundation and removed from the motor vehicle registration they are considered stick built homes..

There would be additional review at this point: ordering the appraisal, downpayment requirements, and the paperwork for the rehab draws and terms.The local banks I've worked with required 25% down on the purchase price, the rehab was done in drwas after the inspections, but all one closing and then the loan converted to a permanent loan once the draws were complete.20 year term resetting every 5 years, for me.

There may be a mortgage on the land or a loan secured by the mobile only, or a mortgage on both if the mobile has a permanent foundation.If it's under contract, why can't your "seller" provide you this info?

Not working more hours than that (750) for any other income.Then I realized that when managing multiple properties there are additional rules and to get around it one can permanently elect to treat them as one but then it could fire back when selling one of the properties... and then I am lost.Can you recommend prescriptive guidance on it?
