NOwas the claim that there was a sale for $90k NO, yes he can claim he found that on the website zillow and the lucas county records, mistakes are made, but it doesnt pass the smell test, a novice with no knowledge of real estate can look at the prices in that nieghborhood and know that a mistake was made.he says the comps i used were all REO.

Getting private lenders and going till the transfer and closing is another part.Also if I were going through this route, I would not be bent upon how property looks today, as I can update all that as long as it is the right location, I want it to be in.Ideally this strategy is not for a novice and it might not even work in a hot market.
