I got rid of about $2,500 worth of trash out cost but then some one can in that night and took all the appliances ...lol Wont do that again or get an alarm.

From a publically available standpoint, Air DnA and Pricelabs puts out great data for their paid products on nightly rate, occupancies, etc.

The impulse and question they have quickly subsides once they get off of the BP platform and they go back to their late night cocktail, TV show, or go to bed and forget they even filled out the form.

Chris saw the post Thursday night, had no record of me as a buyer with REI (my mistake, long story) and went to work. 

I just found out last night that he's out of the office for a while (there was a death in his family) and he never said anything to me about it or set it up so that his office manager can get me the things I need and I have no idea who he has working on the rehab. 

I was at a bank function 2 nights ago and told the bank president that we have de risked the project 100% so he should not worry about the 5 mil dollars he has out on it LOL

For a 3 bed 2 bath my average nightly rate is about $215.
