well when you travel through Europe  Italy and Greece in particular you will see laundry hanging out on the line in front of these great ancient homes. up here in Orygun well we don't do that much unless you want to grow moss on your clothes..plus in many areas of the US your just inviting the petty thieves to steal your skinny jeans

I was informed that the neighbour expressed interest in buying but I don't have his contact details and can't find it online.I'm hoping someone can knock on the property next door and get the owner's number from the tenant.

If you do not have a PM to manage your tenants. deal with repairs, find new tenants, do evictions, prep the unit between tenants, deal with neighbour/HOA complaints etc, who is going to do it.

Thanks JohannIs this case even when it is in a R1 zone ( two family ) both my neighbours left and right are 2 family and this was house was a 2 family and the owner converted it into 1 family .

I was put in a rough situation where both my tenants decided to move at the same time my next door neighbours are a consistant issue with being dirty, and being drug users.

The problem is you are building between two negatively draining properties and when you adjust your grades it will create the appearance, among the neighbours, that you are somehow committing some injustice against them.
