I have a shabby duplex in the downtown Las Vegas area which I need to sell. I was informed that the neighbour expressed interest in buying but I don't have his contact details and can't find it online.

I'm hoping someone can knock on the property next door and get the owner's number from the tenant. I am more than happy to pay for your time and assistance.
