@James Zhang I don't know how high end your properties are but I would just use my smart phone.. iPhones and Samsungs these days have phenomenal cameras.

Maybe split the cost of putting in a large, non discreet security camera?  

I enjoy flipping different items (computers, cameras, shoes, tickets to name a few) and providing drone services as a way to earn some extra income.I have little to no experience in real estate but after digesting many podcasts (how I heard of bigger pockets) and books post-graduation I definitely think it is something I need to learn about to start building wealth long-term.

We installed a security camera and she’s flipped us the bird twice today.

AKA tax and regulate everything to death, and nanny state harass everybody about their day to day activities with a ZEAL! 

Is anybody familiar with laws of cameras?

I don’t want to read through hundreds of posts to find the answer to a simple topic such as “What kind of security camera system do other investors like?”

Have you considered installing cameras to deter the thievery?

Pay for the camera inspection in older sewer lines.

I've ordered new security lights and will get those up, hopefully before new people move in, and will likely install cameras as well (perhaps not if I put the fence up).
