Now hope you find my humor.I would disappear go live in the Asia Most likely Thailand investing a bar then sell over priced beer and food to my friends Which I would set up trips for them ( LOL ) not a bad idea after all.Second Choice would be one of the islands Like Jamaica setting up bar / marijuana shop on the beach.

My cleaner is in there now, and she found marijuana and paraphernalia, (the lease states NO smoking or marijuana use on the property), dog poop all over the carpets (they said they didn't have a pet and didn't pay a pet fee), a broken kitchen cabinet, dog pee on the bedsheets, sex toys under the bed (just in case the dog poop wasn't nasty enough for my poor cleaner), stickers on the wall and a hole in a door, and lots of personal property of the tenants.

I tried to reason with them but they refused to pay the rent, to kick out the extra people, and also refused to leave the apartment.The tenants started to have fights which damaged the property, parties, smoking marijuana inside the home and in front of the house, and getting into altercations with my neighbors.
