I have many clients buying the older homes in North Phoenix near the north 101 as they are 20-30 years old, in need of updates, but also are poised for the long term growth from TSMC and other business/economic activity in the area. 

The STR model is a different model and where it is at in it's business cycle, the average STR owner is not doing well.

It is important to remember you own real estate in the Poconos and you are choosing to operate a STR business.

Seems odd as this would be a business expense for my business.
