One of the others is 200 lots plus with townhouse lots which are popular.and the 3rd one about 110 lots its a land assemblage so layout is not standard.

I was on Anna Maria Island last week and saw a lot of new construction.

I understand that a lot of units in ATL are now accepting section 8, so newer, nicer properties are taking the tenants.Possible strategies:-Just lower the rents to the lowest price I can find for a 4BR in Atlanta -- probably around $1200 or $1300, and get a market tenant in there.

At this point I'm realizing can scale a lot faster with those partnerships, and beginning to try and understand the actual structure of the business behind these kinds of partnerships.
