I am always a learner, so please feel free to add as thoughts come to mind.

But I do agree it's very encouraging, for learners and to see people so willing to give valuable information!!

I'm super eager to learn more about REI, I find that I am much more of a hands on learner though.

I'm definitely a visual learner so the videos are great, and since I live in Austin I'm interested in the tree ordinance, also.Where is the next meet up that you and Jerred are referencing?  

The numbers and the chart visual helps especially for those who are a visual learner (as such I). 

@Hunter Perkinson It depends on how good of an independent learner you are.  

The podcast has already helped answer some and add loads more questions that I'm continuing to research while holding back my normal learning style (I'm more of a hands on learner)

The roadmap I will follow starts with wholesaling, then flips, then buy and hold multi family apartment buildings/complexes, then ultimately retail and commercial.Like most of you, I've read a bunch of books but I'm a hands on learner.

If you have any tips for newbies please share them, as I am always looking for suggestions and I am an extremely fast learner.

Additionally, they are life-long learners.
