These lenders essentially take the profits that rightfully belong to their clients—a practice that is not only unethical but destructive to the industry as a whole.The reality is there are plenty of good deals in the market.

Like right now funding land flippers in rural CO.. and that is a spectacular  market for us.. have not gone vertical. then you can go to private money like Builders Capital  Peers of mine in the industry dont care for them.

Move to commercial and industrial.  

I mean can you consistently provide an industry standard finished product similat to what the licensed trades would provice)

Both residential and commercial real estate stand to benefit, as workers will need homes, and businesses will cater to their needs.Historically, large industrial projects have led to housing booms.

That's short term and long-term, it just does not add up.I am expecting some form of disruption in the industry, but things are so tight in RE it won't happen anytime soon or it'll happen sooner because of how tight it is.  

It often takes living and breathing the industry around the clock for a few years before you start seeing consistent returns.
