Now the regular pages are just the same words I hear on podcast.When I started my one and only SFH I spent 1/2 year longer renovating than I planned almost doubled the budget, moved a family of four and a dog into a 700 sq ft home, slept in laundry room had no a/c(I work in extreme heat) almost got a divorce, lost 600/month for g months longer than I planned, had cops called when I found perfect tenant three times in two weeks had “maintenance calls” three times in in a month.

(He wrote up my heat pump for being improperly wired - it wasn't)I fought back and had a secondary inspection done the second contractor says what the real problem was and my heat pump was replaced ($8000+).

For the sake of this argument I will assume that the insulation they are referring to as being asbestos was probably pipe wrap for a steam radiation heat system.

I downsized the heating and air system but added a 2nd, separate system. 

If there is a fire, heating issue, tenant argument, police issue, inspection, etc...

And I don’t have mortgage so I didn’t buy insurance. 2) hoa, tell me is upstair radiator who cause the leak and I should talk to upstair owner to have him fix that.Upstair owner told me that the leak of their radiator is caused because building pumped too much heat.

The roof was replaced this year and the Central Heat and Air unit was replaced within the last 3 years. 

And if the heat hasn't been on at all, due to freezing in the winters, there could also easily be busted pipes and flooding on the main floor as well.
