Can I ask how many properties you have and how long it’s taking you?

Looking for long term financing, no bridge loans. 

There are still properties that can increase their rents, and may make for a good investment.

I think if the end result is affordable housing people need to be invested in their own housing otherwise a good percentage of the beneficiaries of your program won't care.  

As long  the tenants pay the rent each month, increasing their rent will be very tough and getting them to leave will be extremely tough. 

Austin is not a great cash flow market currently, but has proven to have solid long-term appreciation.

Title companies are not going to accept Bitcoin as good funds at this time.
