I'd be interested in anywhere in the general vicinity of Addison (Carrollton, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Irving, Plano, etc.).

We plan to focus most of our buy and hold acquisitions in College Station.Also, exceptionally hot is the Richardson ISD, which includes Richardson & parts of North Dallas and Garland, along with the Grapevine/Colleyville ISD. 

I have one apartment complex in Garland and I've been happy with the property management company but they only do complexes.

I do have a completed home for sale in UT, one under const in so Texas (another one just finishing in planning-plan was winner in BP contest) and closing in on a great refi on my 154 unit in Garland, TX.

Otherwise, Carrollton/Farmers Branch, Garland, Mesquite, Grapevine, HEB and Arlington are all targets.
