I've wanted to buy in southwest Missouri, but nothing ever came to fruition.

You could purchase the property now with a Hard Money loan that has a 12-18 month term and then when the term comes to fruition you could refinance out of it into a conventional (or you could refinance earlier).

Last year it finally came to fruition.

So, it is always nice to see an idea come into fruition and maturity before one's eyes over time.

Has a meeting time and place come to fruition? 

Instead of a flipper, you will turn into a custom homebuilder ....because your end buyer will likely stop by the job site 1 to 2 times a week and like any consumer they will change their mind, or perhaps get unhappy or even become upset if finishes, layouts, etc. are not coming to fruition the way they envisioned it.

Its funny you say that about the marijuana industry, Ive had the same exact conversation with about 10 people, alot of them like myself would be sitting on somewhat of a small goldmine if that would come to fruition. lol But for the time being Ill check harder into some of the main industries within the area.
